Today is March 15, "World Consumer Rights Day".
Any transaction, I think, should be a "give and take" activity.
For the buyer, it should be : Give money and take the item.
For the seller, it must be : Give the item and take money.
The policy of "First Give" by all would be a pleasure for any transaction. This is not merely on the issue of "trust". As consumers, we all are at the receiving end. A consumer is to 'get and pay' for goods and services they need. The items/services should satisfy the buyer / customer, in all respects.
