The article analyses the agricultural / farmers' issues. I wish every policy maker read this. As I felt it, writing-off loans cannot just save the farmer. I think its not going to help the real poor. Instead it's going to fatten the purse of the "poor looking" rich.

It also will make another section of society disgusted, as they are robbed.
