BSNL Customer Care
For any thing related to BSNL services, the customers have to run to their Customer Service office at Pattom. Why not BSNL operate a Customer Service Cell at Vellayambalam ? They have sufficient space available in their Telephone Exchange campus at Althara Junction. The space would be better utilized (more economical and useful to all). This would serve a large section of BSNL customers. I wish, BSNL take a note of this and act appropriately.
