There’s a news .. “Now, Diesel from Insect Poop”.
The article “Top of Mind” says…. “the shit we talk about is worth its weight in black gold”.
But, … I am sure we already use shit (dung) as our black gold, in the villages and cities as well.
Cow dung cakes (dried in the sun, and stored) are the main fuel used in many villages. For cooking their food, and not for running cars or trucks ! "Gober gas plants" are another intelligent method of converting the bullshit/cow dung into energy; again for use in the kitchens (of villages and cities alike).
* We call “bull shit’ and “cow dung” . But why do we discriminate females ? Dung and not Shit ? May be the cows will complain ! or the bulls ?
** Why are we not attempting any technology to use human dung as a fuel ? Hey.. its not a laughing matter.. I am serious about it ! It’s a source of energy, and it will solve many a problems of disposal (atleast in the cities).
