BSNL, after all it’s the ex-P&T ! They cannot think of anything less than an order. Poor customers !
I am surprised, even in today’s “Customer friendly” environment, (Customer is the king ! ), BSNL is unable to present a point politely. Who will help BSNL ? Certainly not God !
